NO BAKE PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
2 pkgs. lady fingers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. creamed cheese
16 oz. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Separate lady fingers and line a springform pan with them, sides and bottom. Cream sugar and cream cheese together. In another bowl, whip the cream and vanilla until stiff. Fold this into creamed cheese mixture. Spread in prepared pan and cover with pineapple. Refrigerate.
