MOM'S NO BAKE PINEAPPLE CHEESE
CAKE
 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (24 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. lady fingers

Mix all ingredients (except lady fingers) together in a large bowl for 5 minutes. Line a 10" spring pan with lady fingers and then pour mixed ingredients into the greased spring pan. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving remove from pan.

For a "lighter" treat, you can use light Cool Whip and light cream cheese and the results still come out sweet.
