PRETZEL SALAD 
1 2/3 c. pretzels (broken)
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Lg. cherry or raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. chopped strawberries

Mix Jello with water, add strawberries and let partially congeal. In separate bowl mix pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Mix creamed cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread over crust. Pour Jello over all and let congeal. Good enough for dessert!
