MOM'S APPLE CRISP 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs and add sugar. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder; add to egg and sugar mixture and mix well. Gently fold in vanilla, apples and nuts. Bake in 8" square pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
