APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Place apples on baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Add water. Combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
