1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. milk

Melt butter. Mix flour and pecans. Press into flat pan. Bake until light brown, cool. Mix sugar and cream cheese. Pour over crust. Beat pudding mix and milk until thick. Pour over cream cheese. Top with Cool Whip.
