SAUSAGE CAKE 
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. nuts
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. cold coffee
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix the sausage and brown sugar. Add nuts, raisins and flour. Mix the baking soda and coffee and add to mixture. Add other ingredients and bake at 350°F for 2 hours in 10-inch Bundt pan.

Note: For an extra flour, wrap in cloth soaked with rum.
