SALMON SOUFFLE | |
4 tbsp. butter 5 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 c. canned salmon 3 eggs Make white sauce. Flake salmon into slightly beaten eggs; remove bones. Beat whites. Mix salmon and egg whites into white sauce. Butter 9x12 baking dish. Place into pan with small amount of water. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
