SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. dill seed
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Bring sugar and vinegar to boil. Pour over rest of ingredients. Let stand overnight.
