HOT AND SPICY BEEF 
Beef, or any type of meat you care to use

Simmer in water that covers meat until meat is brown. Add vegetables. Suggested vegetables: Green pepper Onion Mushrooms Potatoes Carrots

Cook meat and veggies for 5 to 10 minutes. Add: 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or to taste) 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Ginger (ground or root, about 1/4 tsp.) Jalapeno pepper, 3 sm. rings

To taste add red pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, celery salt (or real celery). Cook for about 1/2 hour. Add thickening and serve over rice or noodles.
