SPICY BEEF DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1 clove garlic
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
3/4 tsp. crushed oregano
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook beef, onions, garlic till lightly browned and onion tender. Drain fat from pan. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano and sugar. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Serve warm with crackers and breads. For buffet, keep warm on hot plate.
