BEEF CREOLE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. canned tomatoes and juice
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 envelope (1/2 c.) instant mashed potatoes

Cook beef, onions and green pepper over low heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned. Add tomatoes, salt, 1/8 teaspoon of pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes to blend flavors. Prepare mashed potatoes according to directions on package, adding 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

Pour meat mixture into a casserole. Spoon potatoes in small mounds on top of beef mixture. Serve or you can broil until potatoes are lightly browned.
