FRIED PIE CRUST 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 sm. can Pet milk (3/4 c.)
3 tsp. baking powder

Put flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in shortening with a pastry cutter. Add egg and milk to make a stiff dough. Flour a piece of wax paper and roll out. I use a 5 1/2 inch butter bowl to cut out crust for the pies.
