1 lrg. bunch of broccoli, chopped or 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 10 oz.
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese,
1-1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pcs.
2/3 c. onion, minced
1-1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. bisquick
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix broccoli, chicken and onion together in a bowl. Beat milk, eggs, bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour the milk, eggs, etc. over the chicken, broccoli, cheese and onion in greased pie pan.

Bake 25 to 30 min. in 400°F oven. I usually bake it 10-15 min. more in my oven. The pie will be done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
