RASPBERRY POKE CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello raspberry flavor gelatin (or any other flavor)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in well greased and floured 13x9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes then poke with fork at 1/2 inch intervals.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and spoon over cake in pan. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Top with whipped topping.

Such a good, easy recipe. Making this right now for Father's Day. Right before serving, will top with freshly whipped cream and fresh raspberries (can also use cool whip). Always gets raves.
