1 container Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes milk chocolate pudding, instant
1 box graham crackers
1 container cream cheese icing

Layer crackers, pudding and 1/2 the Cool Whip mixed together. Add another layer of crackers. Then remainder of pudding, Cool Whip mixture. Top with crackers, then the cream cheese icing.
