SAUSAGE STRATA 
2 1/2 c. herb croutons (1 box)
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 lbs. sausage (hot or regular), cooked & drained
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms

Place croutons in bottom of 13 x 9-inch casserole. Layer cheese, then crumbled sausage. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
