TORTILLA PINWHEELS 
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. finely chopped jalapenos (or green chilies)
3 tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. drained and chopped ripe olives
5 tbsp. chopped green onions
Garlic powder to taste
6 (8") flour tortillas
Salsa (if desired)

Spread filling on one side at each of six 8 inch flour tortillas. Roll up each tortilla jelly roll fashion. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 2 hours. Slice each tortilla in 1/2 inch pinwheels. Serve with salsa, if desired.
