DEVILED CRABS 
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
2 hard-boiled eggs, minced
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. crabmeat
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour. Stir until smooth. Add parsley, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper, milk, and stir until smooth. Add crabmeat, eggs, and stir until well mixed. Remove from heat and when cool enough to handle, place mixture in 6 crabmeat baking dishes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in hot oven until brown on top at 400 degrees.
