CHICKEN PARRY 
1 (8 oz.) bottle of French or Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. of onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar of apricot preserves
1/4 c. water
6 to 8 chicken breasts

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Mix salad dressing, soup mix, apricot preserves and water together. Pour mixture over chicken. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken for 1 hour basting chicken frequently. Serve with rice.

This makes an elegant dish for a small dinner party. Easy to prepare and OH SO GOOD!
