SNICKER DOODLES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar (1 1/2 cup), beat in eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients (mixed and set aside). Wrap dough in waxed paper and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Make 1 inch balls and roll in sugar/cinnamon mix. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
