3 to 4 lbs. sirloin tip or rump roast 1 pkg. Good Season Italian dressing 1 pkg. Au Jus mix Place roast in pan. Sprinkle with Good Season dressing mix. Mix Au Jus mix according to directions. Pour over beef. Cook 250 to 300 degrees 6 to 8 hours; basting occasionally. Meat should be tender enough to break apart by turning with fork. (Good served on hard rolls). |
