ITALIAN BEEF BARBECUE 
3 - 4 lb. rolled chuck roast
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Cayenne pepper
1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
Garlic powder
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low; remove meat and shred. Place meat back into crock pot for 2 hours.
