FREEZER PICKLES 
7 c. sliced, peeled cucumbers
1 lg. onion
1 green bell pepper (can omit)
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Put 1 tablespoon salt over cucumbers, onion and pepper. Let set for 1 hour. Bring vinegar, celery seed, mustard and sugar to a boil. Let cool. Pour over cucumbers, put into containers and freeze. (Tastes like Bread & Butter pickles.)
