COCOA PUDDING 
1/4 c. cocoa
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter (optional)

Combine cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt in double boiler. Gradually blend milk into dry ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until thickened. Remove from heat, blending butter and vanilla. Pour in individual serving dishes. Chill. Garnish with whip cream or strawberries.
