SUN CLOUD GRANOLA 
3 c. rolled oats
3 c. rolled wheat
2 c. dried coconut
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. soy grits
1/2 c. bran
1 c. pumpkin seeds
1 c. cashews, broken
1 c. walnuts, broken
2/3 c. oil
1 c. honey
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped dates
2 c. other dried fruit

Mix oil, honey, and vanilla, and pour over all dry ingredients except fruit. Spread on cookie sheets and bake at 250 degrees until golden brown. Add fruit, cool thoroughly and enjoy. Feel free to substitute 3 cups more oats for wheat or vary the nuts. This is delicious. Yield: Approximately 14 cups.

NOTE: I use raw nuts and seeds without salt.
