1/2 c. corn oil 1/2 c. honey, brown sugar or molasses 1/2 c. water 1 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds 1/2 c. non fat dry milk 6 c. oatmeal 1-2 tsp. cinnamon Mix in order given, using large aluminum kettle for whole recipe. Spread in 2 large flat pans, 9"x12" or so). Bake at 300 degrees 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. After baking, add 1 cup raisins (or other dried fruit) and 1 cup chopped nuts (optional). Leave in oven to cool. |
