CHOCOLATE - ON - CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk

Heat butter, cocoa, oil and water together in a saucepan. Mix well, heating until butter is melted. Aerate the flour with a fork; mix it with sugar in a medium size bowl. Pour heated mixture over flour and sugar. Add eggs and mix together thoroughly. Dissolve baking soda in the buttermilk; add to the batter. Pour into 10 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. LEAVE IN PAN.

ICING:

1 stick butter

4 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix together, adding more milk as necessary to make a spreading consistency. Spread on HOT cake. Sprinkle nuts on top.
