1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. cold water

Combine dry ingredients in 8"x8" ungreased pan. Make three holes in dry ingredients. First hole: cooking oil. Second hole: vanilla. Third hole: vinegar. Pour cold water over all ingredients. Mix well with fork and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
