60 MINUTE PARKERHOUSE ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/4 c. warm water
1 3/4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. shortening or oil

Raise yeast in warm water. Add other ingredients. Knead. Raise until double. Punch down and shape into rolls. Raise again. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
