1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. Pioneer biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp. Crisco oil
1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all together in food processor until well blended. Makes about 10 to 12 medium pancakes, make sure grill is hot.
