CURRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, diced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. white wine
Bread crumbs
1 sm. chicken, cut in parts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. curry powder

Saute garlic, onion, celery and mushrooms in oil for 3 minutes. Place aside. Saute chicken pieces until browning (5 to 8 minutes). Place chicken in Pyrex baking dish and cover with veggies.

2 tbsp. white wine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. curry powder

Pour over chicken and veggies. Top with bread crumbs. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
