LEMON JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. Jello
1 can crushed pineapple drained, save juice
3 bananas
3 c. miniature marshmallows

Make Jello as directed. Pour Jello in 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Add crushed pineapple. Slice bananas on top Jello and pineapple mixture. Put marshmallows on top of bananas. Chill until set.

TOPPING:

Combine in saucepan pineapple juice with water to make 1 cup. 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoon flour, 1 egg, beaten, 1 chunk butter. Heat until mixture thickens. Let cool. Fold in regular size Fool Whip. Spread on Jello.
