LEMON JELLO SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. diced cucumber
2 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1/3 c. diced radishes
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. shrimp or crab (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. vinegar
Paprika

Make Jello with 3 cups hot water (not 4). Cool until slightly jelled. Add mayonnaise, pepper, lemon juice and vinegar. Mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well and put in mold. Chill until firm. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
