LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello (reg. or sugar free)
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (reg. or diet)
1 c. cottage cheese (reg. or diet)
1 c. evaporated milk, undiluted (reg. or skim)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/4 c. lemon juice

Drain fruit cocktail (reserve juice for dissolving Jello). Bring liquid to boil, dissolve Jello, set aside. Chop apple and toss with lemon juice. Mix all ingredients and chill.
