LEMON - BANANA JELLO SALAD 
1 med. lemon pkg. jello
3 bananas, chopped
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. jack cheese, shredded

Mix jello as directed. Let set until shakey. Drain pineapple; keep the juice. To jello, add bananas, pineapple, and marshmallows. Place in large pan. Take pineapple juice and add enough water to make 1 cup liquid.

Combine corn starch, sugar, and egg in a saucepan and add pineapple juice. Cook until thick. Cool; add Cool Whip and put on jello. Then add cheese on top.
