TIN CAN BROWN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. raisins, heated in 1/2 c. water in microwave until plump
2 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. molasses
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients well. Place in greased bread pan or 2 large, cleaned pork & bean cans (or that size). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn out and cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
