2 1/4 c. self rising cornmeal 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese 6 eggs 3 sticks, melted butter 1/2 c. sugar 3 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini Mix and bake in 9 x 13 pan 30 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees. |
