HAM-VEGETABLE CHOWDER 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
1 can evaporated milk
2/3 c. diced Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli and corn in a 2 quart saucepan. Drain water, add ham, cheese, and milk. Cook until heated through and cheese is melted. Serves 4.
