MOM'S VEGETABLE CHOWDER | |
1 pkg. brown gravy mix 1 (11 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup 2 c. water 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up 1 (16 oz.) can whole white new potatoes, drained and cut up 1 (10 oz.) can frozen mixed vegetables 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. herb seasoning 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce In a large saucepan, blend gravy mix into soup until smooth. Gradually mix in water. Add remaining ingredients including liquid from tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 7 cups. |
