GRANNY'S VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
2 cans green beans 2 cans corn 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. shredded cheddar 1/3 c. chopped onion 8 oz. carton sour cream 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers Melted butter Mix the first 7 ingredients together. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Pour mixture into dish. Crush Ritz crackers. Melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter; mix with crackers. Sprinkle cracker and butter mixture over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until casserole bubbles. |
