 Jennifer G. (Oklahoma) says:
Made this for my dad who loves peach cobbler and he said it was better than any restaurant he's had at before. He especially loved the breaded part or shall I say the cobbler part. I didn't have self rising so I added baking soda and salt and it came out perfectly!!

My mother has made this forever growing up and is still one of my favorites, you can also do fresh blackberries, as many as you like, lay them on top instead of peaches!!! When they are in season!

This is one of my favorites, quick and easy. If I do not want a large cobbler, I use 3/4 cup flour, sugar and milk. Sometimes I just half it and adjust my peaches and butter accordingly. Such an easy recipe to adjust for the size of family you have.

Great dish. But I sprinkled some brown sugar on top and use some vanilla extract for flavoring. But other than that it was very good.

Great recipe! I added cinnamon/sugar to the top of the cobble while baking. Also about halfway through baking, I took a fork and separated the top so that it didn't look so cake like. Other than these two tweaks the recipe was easy and delicious!
