1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. cornflakes, crushed 2 c. flour, sifted with 1/2 tsp. baking soda & 2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. coconut 1 c. chopped nutmeats Combine in order given. Drop by the teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly brown. | |

I tried this recipe today and it is easy, plus delicious! One thing I would like to warn bakers about is the cookies stick terribly. After the first batch, I used Bakers Joy to spray the cookie sheet and it worked great.
