STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. rice, soaked in water
1 can tomato soup
2 eggs
Salt + pepper
Onion, diced and browned in butter

Mix all ingredients together. Loosen cabbage leaves in hot water. Wrap and place in roaster. bake 2 - 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

(I pour another can of tomato soup over the cabbage rolls before baking.)
