CHERRY DESSERT 
2 (21 oz.) cans cherry pie filling
1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
8 oz. whipped cream (or whipped topping)
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix melted butter, sugar and cracker crumbs. Grease bottom and sides of large baking dish with butter. Put cracker mix on bottom and sides of dish to form pie crust. Pour 2 cans of cherry pie filling evenly over the crust. Mix whipped topping and cream cheese; blend well. Pour and spread evenly over the cherries. Crumble 2 or 3 graham crackers very fine and sprinkle lightly over the topping. Chill overnight for best flavor. Use half of recipe for small family.
