BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter souffle dish. Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs, and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese.
