BAKED TUNA BALLS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 egg
1 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, mustard, and poultry seasoning. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in crumbs. Dip in butter. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.
