3 or 4 med. sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cold water
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Boil potatoes in peeling until tender. Peel, slice and place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients, bring to boil. Pour over potatoes. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until thick.
