CAROLYN'S MEATLOAF 
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 pound country pork sausage -- hot style
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped

Mix meatloaf mixture and shape into a loaf in a shallow greased Pyrex baking pan (13x9x2).

Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
