HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. water
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In small saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add cocoa and water. Stir constantly until mixture thickens (do not boil). Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Use warm.
